Booking Terms – Faunbäck Retreat
2. Booking and Payment
Your booking becomes binding once full payment has been completed. The booking applies only to the specified dates and cannot be rescheduled.
 

2.1.All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
The cart displays the total price including VAT and any applicable payment fees.
Payment is made directly at checkout via card, Swish, or MobilePay.
 

2.2. Right of Withdrawal
According to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to time-specific leisure services. Therefore, your booking is not covered by a right of withdrawal or open purchase.

3. Cancellations
The following cancellation policy applies:

At least 14 days before arrival: 85% of the total amount will be refunded.
(15% of the total booking amount is always non-refundable as an administrative fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes both accommodation and any additional services such as coaching or experience packages.)

7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund

Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@faunbackretreat.com.
Refunds are calculated based on the total amount paid at the time of booking.

4. Transfer and Changes
Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to another person without written approval from Faunbäck Retreat. Rescheduling is not possible.

5. Safety and Responsibility
Our retreat is located in a forest environment with uneven ground. You are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and footwear suited for nature and weather conditions.
We recommend having your own travel or accident insurance. You are fully responsible for your own safety during your stay.

6. Exceptions
In cases of serious illness or a death in the immediate family, additional refunds may be granted upon presentation of official documentation. Each case is assessed individually.

7. Complaints
Any issues or concerns must be reported to us as soon as possible during your stay. If you leave the retreat without giving us a chance to address the issue, you forfeit any right to compensation.
