Terms and Conditions for Faunbäck Retreat

Welcome to Faunbäck Retreat. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services, including accommodation in Tiny Houses, themed retreat packages, and talks and workshops for businesses and municipalities. By making a booking or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Information

We offer

  • Accommodation in Tiny Houses,

  • Theme-based retreat packages and

  • Talks and workshops that can be held at Faunbäck Retreat or your chosen location for businesses and municipalities.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking Process:
All bookings for accommodation, themed packages, or workshops must be made through our website or via email. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email.

 

2.2. Payment Terms:

  • Accommodation: A deposit of [percentage] is required to confirm your Tiny House booking. The remaining balance must be paid [X days] before arrival.

  • Theme Packages and Retreats: Full payment for packages is required upon booking, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Workshops and Talks: For businesses and municipalities, a [percentage] deposit is required upon booking, with the remainder due [X days] prior to the event.

2.3. Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept [credit cards, bank transfers, etc.]. Payments must be completed in [currency].

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Accommodation Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made [X days] or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund minus a [administrative fee if applicable].

  • Cancellations made between [X] and [Y days] before check-in will receive a [percentage] refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than [Y days] before check-in.

 

3.2. Theme Package Cancellations:

  • Full refund for cancellations made [X days] before the retreat date.

  • Cancellations made between [X] and [Y days] before the retreat will be refunded [percentage].

  • No refund for cancellations within [Y days] of the retreat.

 

3.3. Workshops and Talks Cancellations:

  • Businesses and municipalities may cancel up to [X days] prior to the scheduled date for a full refund.

  • For cancellations made between [X] and [Y days], a [percentage] refund will apply.

  • No refunds for cancellations within [Y days].

4. Changes to Bookings

4.1. Changes by the Customer:
If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be accommodated depending on availability but are not guaranteed.

4.2. Changes by Faunbäck Retreat:
In the unlikely event that we need to make changes to your booking (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund.

5. House Rules and Responsibilities

5.1. Accommodation Rules:

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the Tiny Houses.

  • Pets are only allowed with prior agreement.

  • You are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation during your stay.

5.2. Workshops and Talks:
Businesses and municipalities are responsible for ensuring the appropriate setup (if off-site) and will be charged for any damage to Faunbäck Retreat’s property or equipment.

6. Liability

6.1. Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for their own belongings during their stay. Faunbäck Retreat is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

 

6.2. Force Majeure:
Faunbäck Retreat is not responsible for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.

7. Privacy Policy
