How we work with companies

5. How We Work With Companies & Groups

Are your workplace offers only connected to Faunbäck Retreat?

No. Faunbäck Retreat is only one part of what we do.

Long before we created the retreat, both Carmen and Daniel worked with coaching, communication, mindset, stress awareness, reflection, group facilitation, and human development for individuals, groups, and workplaces. We still offer talks, workshops, and collaborations outside the retreat setting throughout the year.

Do workplace talks and workshops always take place in nature or at the retreat?

No. Many of our workplace collaborations happen at companies, conferences, events, or other external locations.

Some offers are connected to nature experiences, reflection, and slower-paced gatherings at Faunbäck Retreat, while others are completely independent from the retreat environment and focus more on topics such as communication, positive psychology, stress awareness, mindset, wellbeing, or team dynamics.

Can companies and groups visit Faunbäck Retreat?

Yes. We also welcome companies, teams, and private groups who would like to gather at Faunbäck Retreat for a more nature-based experience.

Depending on the group and the purpose of the visit, this can include workshops, walk-and-talk sessions, forest bathing, reflection exercises, meaningful conversations, or simply creating space for presence and connection in a different environment.
