An afternoon and evening in nature where you can pause and be with yourself in stillness.
A Vision Quest (utesittning) is an ancient tradition for finding clarity and direction in life. With us, you are invited into a shorter, gently held version where you are guided into nature and then spend time on your own in stillness.
We begin together in a small group, set an intention, and walk out into the forest. You will then find your own place to sit – either close to or further away from the guide – and spend around 6 hours on your own in stillness before returning and closing together.
During this time, you are invited to open your senses and experience nature in a new way. As you begin to notice the movements, sounds, scents, weather, and life around you, clarity and inner stillness can naturally arise.
Open for everyone – no previous experience needed.
