  • unwind in soothing natural surroundings, with forest, birds, and the sound of the creek just outside

  • slow down and feel more present in nature and in yourself

  • reflect on what creates tension and what restores your energy

  • explore mindful sensory experiences and creative exercises that support nervous system relaxation

  • discover new choices that create a more sustainable rhythm in daily life
     

What it includes:

  • plenty of exercises to choose from, so you can find what fits you

  • clear step-by-step instructions for each exercise

  • mindful nature experiences that support calm and perspective

  • reflective exercises that deepen insight into balance and energy over time

  • creative exercises, including nature connection, neuro-drawing, and writing

  • gentle somatic practices with breath, rest, and awareness

  • no demands, no “right way” – move at your own pace

  • communication: reflections, questions, and new perspectives

  • creativity: curiosity, creating in nature, writing, and drawing

  • nature: explore nature in new ways for relaxation and depth

  • mindfulness: the power of slowing down and noticing small things

When and where to use the exercises:

  • in the tiny house or outdoors

  • during quiet time alone or shared time together

  • on a walk or seated in nature

  • bring the exercises home and return to them whenever you need

  • choose what fits the moment – one exercise or several
