• Use the retreat as a beautiful frame for meditation, yoga, time in nature, or simply being
Whether this is your first time exploring silence, or you have previous experience with longer periods of quiet, Quiet Retreat welcomes both.

What it includes
• A minimum two-night stay – for the experience to have time to gently unfold
• Small, self-led exercises to deepen awareness and connection
• Open-fire recipes to deepen the experience. Faunbäck Retreat provides the recipes – you are responsible for your own food shopping and preparation
• Materials provided for creative activities during your stay
• Optional digital detox – leave your phones and borrow an emergency phone from us
• A selection of quiet places from Visit Skåne’s Map of Quietude, chosen by us and shared with driving directions and local tips if you want to go on excursions
• Stay in a beautiful tiny house in a quiet natural environment surrounded by forest, birds, and the sound of the creek
About Quiet Retreat
The invitation is to minimise words and external input during your stay.
You choose your own level of silence. Some guests remain fully quiet, while others allow only essential communication. The purpose of Quiet Retreat is to notice what happens when noise is reduced.
You may discover how your thoughts settle, how your senses sharpen, and how nature becomes more vivid when words are fewer.
Quiet Retreat is a space to explore stillness in your own way.
